Rational Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates RenewCue: Subscription Tracker ("RenewCue" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

RenewCue lets you manually create and manage subscription and renewal records. Depending on what you choose to enter, this can include subscription name, category, price, currency, billing cycle, renewal date, reminder preference, status, and optional notes.

These records are used to provide subscription tracking, spending summaries, calendar views, analytics, and renewal reminders and are intended to be stored locally on your device.

RenewCue does not require you to connect a bank account, payment card, or financial institution, and it does not require an account or login for its core features.

3. Local Storage and Backup

Core subscription data is stored locally on your device using the App's local database. If you use an export or backup feature, the backup file is created at your request. You are responsible for where you save, copy, or share that file.

If a future version introduces cloud backup or account synchronization, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect that change.

4. Notifications

If you enable renewal reminders, RenewCue may request permission to send notifications. Notifications are used for app-related alerts such as upcoming renewals. You can disable notification permission in your device settings.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

RenewCue may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google advertising services may process device, advertising, usage, diagnostic, or consent-related information to provide, measure, limit, secure, or personalize ads where permitted. For core subscription tracking, RenewCue does not require a user account, banking credentials, credit or debit card number, contacts, precise location, messages, or call history.

8. Data Sharing

Rational Studio does not sell your manually entered subscription records. Core subscription records are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Third-party services integrated into the App, such as Google AdMob, may independently process information according to their own privacy policies and your consent choices where applicable.

We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored subscription data generally remains on your device until you edit or delete it, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. Individual subscription records can be deleted from within RenewCue.

Information processed independently by third-party services is subject to those providers' retention practices.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App, but no electronic storage, device, transmission method, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any backup or export files you create.

11. Children's Privacy

RenewCue is a general-audience utility app and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If we become aware of information collected in a way that requires deletion under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps.

12. Regional Privacy Choices

Privacy and advertising requirements vary by region. Where applicable, advertising providers may present consent or privacy-choice mechanisms for users in regions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or certain U.S. states.

RenewCue may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of those services.
